v6 test (v636.0.8) is the current version. It works fine on macOS 26 Tahoe.

It LIVES! v6.0 test (v634.0.0) is the current version. If you dig around or ask, you can find it at the Omni website. But it's only a test model, kept running at the benevolence of the creator of Omni. When I send in beta test reports, their Support get's all confused as it technically doesn't exist any more. And yet it does! - - I use it as my most simple browser, running the Webkit rendering engine, no extensions, no oblique strategies. It mostly works. - - And YES, it runs fine on macOS Sonoma. It is Universal. Thank you Omni.

OmniWeb lives on in the version 6.0 test series and runs fine on macOS 10.14 Mojave! As of June 26, 2018, the current version is 6.0 test (v630 r313008). I still prefer it for some purposes on the Internet. If you are an OmniWeb fan, fear not the v6.0 tests! I've been enjoying them for years. You can download it from the OmniWeb site under Apps/More.
Why hasn't v6 come out of 'testing'? OmniGroup tell me they no longer support OmniWeb. Its testing is something of a hobby, a side interest only. It is set aside when they're busy on other things.
